This guide brings together each Sechenov Leaders program contact channel published by the university, explains which one suits which kind of question and suggests how to write a message that leads to a useful reply. It is written with applicants in South Africa in mind, though the advice applies anywhere.

The program e-mail

For anything specific to Leaders in Health Innovations, such as the leadership track, mentoring, research disciplines or what the fee includes, the dedicated address is healthleaders@staff.sechenov.ru. E-mail works well across time zones and leaves you with a written record of the answer.

Phone lines and addresses

Admissions office: +7 (495) 622-98-20

University call center: +7 (495) 609-14-00

Office address: 119048, Moscow, 8 Trubetskaya Street, Building 2

Address for documents sent by post: 119991, Moscow, GSP-1, 8 Trubetskaya Street, Building 2

Check the time difference with Moscow before calling, and keep a pen ready for reference details. Phone calls suit short clarifications; for detailed questions, or anything you may need to refer back to later, e-mail is usually the better choice.

What to include in your message

A clear, complete enquiry saves several rounds of follow-up. Consider including:

your full name and country of residence;

your current stage of education;

the program name, so the message reaches the right team;

one to three precise questions rather than a general request for information.

A specific subject line, for example “Question about entrance tests, Leaders in Health Innovations”, also helps.

Questions worth asking

Only the first-year fee is published (1,500,000 rubles), so ask about the cost of later years. You might also ask how best to prepare for the two entrance tests, chemistry and Russian language, or which of the three document submission routes suits an applicant abroad. General rules for the current cycle are on the 2026 admission campaign page, https://www.sechenov.ru/admissions/priemnaya-kampaniya-2026/, and entry requirements for Russia are explained at https://welcome.sechenov.ru/en/migration-support/. If you are unsure whether a question belongs with admissions or with the program team, start with the program e-mail.

You can also read our program overview, review the admissions steps and keep our contacts page bookmarked.
